1. Acceptance of Terms

By adopting a virtual pet through Petmail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Petmail provides AI-generated virtual pets that reside in your email inbox. Each pet generated is unique. While we strive for "cuteness" and high quality, all pet outputs are generated by AI (Google Gemini 2.0) and may vary.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the emails you send to your virtual pet. We expect users to treat their digital companions with kindness. Any abuse of the service or attempts to bypass system limits may result in account termination.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Petmail offers a free beta tier and a "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

5. AI Content Notice

All images and text responses from your pet are generated using artificial intelligence. While we implement safety filters, Petmail is not liable for unexpected AI-generated content. If you see something inappropriate, please report it to hello@send.petmail.app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service at any time, for any reason, particularly for users who violate these terms.
