We want you to love your pet! If you upgrade to Petmail Pro and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial payment, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Simply send an email to hello@send.petmail.app with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We process most refunds within 2-3 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your "Pro" subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your Pro features (like unlimited memories) will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be made after cancellation.

Disputes

If you have any issues with billing, please reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are always happy to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
