We collect minimal information to make your virtual pet experience possible:

• Email Address: Used for authentication and for your pet to send you updates.
• City Name: Used to theme your pet's adventures.
• Email Content: We process the text you send to your pet so the AI can generate a relevant response.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Petmail service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Google Gemini 2.0 to process pet interactions, but no personally identifiable information (other than the text you send) is shared with the AI engine.

3. Data Storage

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure storage of your account details and pet history. Images of your pet are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage.

4. Your Rights

You can request to have your account and all associated pet data deleted at any time by emailing us. We will process these requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use basic session cookies to keep you logged into your dashboard. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
